1.   SHIPMENTS and DELIVERIES

 

All orders are delivered via GLS or Bartolini for Italy, Bartolini for the rest of the world.

Deliveries are made from 9 to 17, Monday to Friday.

 

The Customer is requested to provide a valid address to which the goods can be delivered during delivery times. We do not ship to post office boxes.

The shipper requires the recipient's signature on receipt at the time of delivery.

Once the items have been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the destination address.

Packages destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other tax documentation with the value of the goods.

All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value of the individual items.

 

The items are shipped in 3/4 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date and in some cases (where specified in the item description) in 7 working days.

 

a. TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

Standard delivery in Italy is carried out via GLS or Bartolini and is:

· € 2.99 for items up to 2.99 kg (ex. Alphabet key ring);

€ 6.95 for items from 3 Kg to 19 Kg and with a price below € 100.00;

Free for items from 3 Kg to 19 Kg and with a price higher than € 100.00;

· € 30.00 for items weighing 20 kg (ex. Mirrors, coat hangers).

. For France, delivery is made through Bartolini and is € 9.90 for items up to 19 kg and € 30.00 for items over 20 kg.

 

For destinations other than Italy and France, shipping costs and times vary according to the destination of the goods.

Information on shipping options and related costs are indicated at checkout once one or more products have been added to the cart.

All shipments in Italy are free for orders over € 100.

The estimated delivery times from the shipping date are:

Italy - Standard Shipping: 3-4 working days (4-8 for the islands) or 7-10 working days for customized and / or special items (ex. mirrors, coat hangers). I Dettagli reserves the right to inform the customer in case of delay caused by its production.

I Dettagli is not responsible for delays attributable to force majeure.

Shipping costs (if any) are charged to the customer and are charged at the time of purchase. Any additional customs duties are not included in the shipping cost (DDU) and must be paid subsequently to the courier at the time of delivery.

 

b. DELIVERY STATUS

The Customer can follow the status of the on the courier's website by entering the number of his shipment received by email from info@idettagli.com.

The shipment of the product will be accompanied by a confirmation email containing all the references necessary to track the shipment.

 

c. RECEIPT OF GOODS

To ensure the safety of the shipment, the shipper asks for the recipient's signature "for receipt" at the time of delivery.

If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package shows imperfections, the Customer must sign with "reservation of control".

We recommend checking the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of the products delivered corresponds to what was ordered, that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or in any case altered.

Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.

 

Pursuant to art. 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging / packaging of the products must be immediately contested by affixing a written control reserve on the proof of delivery.

 

It is understood that, once the delivery document has been signed without any objection, any exceptions regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered will be precluded.

 

Any problems in delivery must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 7 calendar days of order confirmation.

 

 

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Did you change your mind? No problem! You have 14 calendar days (from when you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods) to exercise the withdrawal, proceed with the return, in whole or in part, of the goods and obtain the relative refund.

I Dettagli reimburses the cost of the products returned by the Customer as long as they are authorized and comply with the required conditions. All payments made in our favor will be reimbursed, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract in question. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; in any case, you will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement.

Returns are accepted only from the country to which the goods were originally delivered.

Note: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

 

a. RETURN PROCEDURE

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you will need to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration.

It is possible to request the return of a product by email by writing to shop@idettagli.com.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Once the request has been received, I Dettagli will send an email containing the information and documents necessary to make the return.

To make the return, wait for the return authorization issued by I Dettagli. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipping.

The shipment will take place under our responsibility.

Once the return has been received, we will send an e-mail confirming receipt of the return and activation of the refund procedure.

The refund is made within 14 days from the date we received the returned product under the conditions indicated below.

 

b. CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The products to be returned must not have been used and damaged.

They must still have the original packaging to avoid breakage or damage during the return shipment.

Products returned without a box or in a damaged box will be refused.

Returns that do not meet all the required conditions will not be accepted.

 

c. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS

In compliance with the legal guarantee of conformity, provided for by the Consumer Code in Articles. 128 ss., It is possible to request free returns for repair or replacement of products received already damaged or showing lack of conformity.

In such cases, once the returned product has been verified, we will repair or replace the defective item with an identical one, if available.

The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without further shipping costs.

If the replacement or repair of the product is not possible, we will proceed with the refund.

The re-credit, including shipping costs in the case of a defective product at the origin, can be made by reversing the amount charged to the credit card, by refunding the Paypal account, by bank transfer or by issuing a voucher. usable for a subsequent purchase.

 

d. REFUNDS

The refund of the price of the returned products takes place within 14 working days from the date on which idettagli.com received the returned product in the indicated conditions.

The reimbursement, excluding shipping costs (unless the products are defective at the origin), can be made by reimbursing the Paypal account, by bank transfer or by issuing a voucher that can be used for a subsequent purchase.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for orders placed outside the EU.
